Tony Lucas Award Winner, Fort Apache

LPFF-NCShorts-FortApacheTony Lucas Award LeafWith eight brilliant short films flickering on the screen at this year’s North Country Shorts, it wasn’t an easy choice for the judges to determine the Tony Lucas Award, an accolade which celebrates the cinematography and use of location / production design in a short film.

After the dust settled and the judges emerged from deliberation, the inaugural award went to Fort Apache.

Apache was lensed by cinematographer Marc Katz, production was designed by Auriel Rudnick.  Addison Mehr directed.
